Andreas Biondi

Andreas Biondi is currently the Business Development Manager at Cloud Care. Previously, they worked for EY, Boooster.it, and Transcom. From October 2002 to December 2017, they were the Country Manager & Board Member of Transcom Worldwide Italy S.p.A. Transcom is a multinational company leader in the Contact Center Outsourcing Industry with 29,000 customer experience specialists at 50 contact centers across 20 countries, delivering services in 33 languages to international brands in various industry verticals. As Country Manager & Board Member, Andreas was responsible for business development and operations.

From September 2000 to October 2002, Andreas worked as the Responsabile operativo sede di Roma for Caltanet Spa. Caltanet is a web company of the Caltagirone Group with a focus on call center and IT services. Andreas was responsible for start up, project management, and budget & planning for the company's call center branch, B2WIN (now eCare).

Prior to their work with Caltanet, Andreas was the Contact Center Manager at Experian from January 1995 to September 2000.

Andreas Biondi studied psychology at Sapienza Università di Roma and earned their Laurea in the field.
