Nurraan Gamieldien

Nurraan Gamieldien has been serving as a Cloud Associate Support Engineer at Cloud Direct since 2020, prior to which held the role of Backup Administrator at Computacenter SA from 2016 to 2020. Key responsibilities include providing out-of-hours support, monitoring service desk and technical support queues, ensuring client SLA and OLA compliance, and managing incidents and service requests through Service-now. Additional expertise includes security remediation, reporting software/hardware bugs, and maintaining inventory along with experience in Windows, Active Directory, and Office 365, including Azure administration. Nurraan holds an MCITP degree in Information Technology from Boston City College, earned between 2010 and 2013.
