David Ruiz Jr. PhD has a diverse work experience in the fields of economics, data analytics, and healthcare. David is currently the founder and managing director of Cloud Harbor Economics, LLC, a consulting firm that provides data-driven analysis to inform health and social policy. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Data Analytics at Econometrica, Inc., overseeing quantitative and data needs across various sectors. David also held roles as a research associate at KNG Health Consulting, LLC, and as a research and teaching assistant at the University of Maryland, College Park. Additionally, they have worked as an associate in research at Duke University and as an IT help desk supervisor and e-learning technician at The University of Texas-Pan American.
