Justin Metz

Justin Metz is an experienced program and project manager with a strong background in emergency management and healthcare recruitment. Currently serving as Program Manager at Cloud Lake Technology since June 2023, Justin previously held the position of Project Manager at Cloud Lake Technology, LLC from November 2017 to June 2023, overseeing a team supporting the Emergency Management Modernization Program for 76 Army installations globally. Justin's military experience includes advisory roles in emergency management for the US Army from July 2011 to July 2016 and operational management in medical recruitment. Justin also served in various capacities within the US Army Reserves and held a managerial role at Lockheed Martin. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a Master of Business Administration in Health Care Administration from Geneva College and Webster University, respectively.
