Kelly McKnight

Kelly McKnight (Vander Ryk) is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Director, HR Business Partner for Global Sales and GTM at Cloud Software Group since September 2022, following the acquisition of Citrix by Vista Equity Partners and Elliott Investment. Prior to this role, Kelly held positions at Citrix, including Sr. Director of Global HR Business Partnering and Director of HR Business Partner. Kelly has also served as VP and AVP of HR Business Partner at Bank of America Merchant Services from 2013 to 2017, and held various HR roles at First Data Corporation from 2007 to 2013. Kelly's educational background includes a Master’s degree in Employment Law and an MBA from Nova Southeastern University, along with a BS in Finance and Marketing from Florida Atlantic University.
