Lionel Chalancon currently serves as the Technical Support Team Lead at Cloud Temple, overseeing support teams in Paris, Lyon, and Tunis since March 2015. Responsibilities include managing client meetings, crisis management, and enhancing productivity through process improvements. Previously, Lionel worked as the Helpdesk and Proximity Coordinator, handling incident management and coordinating the support team in Lyon. Prior to Cloud Temple, Lionel was the Coordinator for the Resource Center and System and Network Administrator at the Ligue de l’enseignement de Meurthe-et-Moselle from May 2005 to October 2014, where duties included administrating systems and networks, training staff, and coordinating initiatives for the "Service Civique" program. Lionel holds multiple degrees, including a DESS in Intelligence Economique and Gestion de l'Innovation, a BTS in Administration and Management of IT, and a Maîtrise in AES, along with specialized training in Windows 10 deployment.
