Douglas Gassner

Douglas Gassner serves as the Director of Customer Success at Cloud Warriors, a cloud technology brokerage and consultancy, since January 2021. Prior experience includes a role as a SERE Specialist - Standards and Evaluations with the USAF Air Education and Training Command from January 2019 to January 2021, where Douglas led course evaluations and assisted program development. Additionally, Douglas completed an intensive training program at Tech Qualled in late 2020, focusing on high-tech industry knowledge and sales skills. Prior military roles include Element Lead for Guardian Angel Training and Superintendent for Field Training in the United States Air Force, where Douglas managed training operations and refined onboarding processes. Douglas holds two associate degrees from the Community College of the Air Force, along with ongoing education in Salesforce Military.
