Delta Thach

Delta Thach has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. In 2022, they joined Cloud303 as an Associate Solutions Architect, where they are responsible for conducting AWS account audits and producing recommendation reports for clients. Delta also manages AWS Well-Architected Reviews and collaborates on producing Statement of Work (SoW) and AWS architectural diagrams.

Prior to their current role, Delta worked at All Covered as a Technical Services Consultant from February 2021 to December 2021. In this role, they documented, tested, and modified network operating systems to improve efficiency and reliability. Delta also developed and maintained guidebooks for clients and coordinated and implemented client projects. Before that, they served as a System Engineer from March 2020 to February 2021, where they focused on network system improvements and client support. As an RSC L1 Engineer from July 2018 to March 2020, they triaged and escalated tickets, fulfilled on-boarding and termination requests, and provided support for end-user environments.

From 2016 to 2018, Delta worked at Kyocera Intelligence, first as an Engineer and then as a Help Desk Technician. As an Engineer, they performed on-site network assessments, graphed network schemas, and installed and troubleshooted network equipment. As a Help Desk Technician, they managed deployments and maintained workstations, as well as handled new-hire and termination requests.

Earlier in their career, Delta worked at LaserCraze as an Assistant General Manager, Assistant Manager, and Staff member. And in 2013, they gained experience at Raytheon, where they provided primary help desk support and managed service request tickets.

Overall, Delta Thach has a strong background in technical services, network engineering, and IT support.

Delta Thach earned an Associate's degree in Database Administration & Programming from Bunker Hill Community College from 2009 to 2013. In addition, Delta has obtained two certifications from Amazon Web Services (AWS): AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate in December 2022 and AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner in March 2022.
