Dustin Robins has worked at various companies throughout their career. Dustin started in 2007 as a Manager/Crew member at McDonald's and later worked as a Tier 2 Tech Support at Customer Direct from 2008 to 2010. Dustin then joined Windstream Communications in 2010 as a NOC Engineer, where they provided tier 3 support, troubleshooted network equipment, and performed root cause analysis on network outages. In 2012, they became a System Administrator - NOC at Centene Corporation until 2013. Dustin Robins then returned to Windstream Communications as a Network Analyst III-NOC starting in 2013. Their most recent role is as an HSIA Escalation Engineer at Cloud5 Communications since 2021.

Dustin Robins completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Information Systems Security from ITT Technical Institute, where they studied from 2007 to 2011. In 2012, they attended Loop1 Systems, although no degree or field of study information is provided.

In terms of additional certifications, Dustin obtained various qualifications in the field of networking and technology. In May 2017, they became a CCNA certified by Cisco. Dustin also achieved the Certified Meraki Network Operator certification from Cisco Meraki in August 2018. In April 2021, they earned the Aruba Product Specialist Central certification from HPE Aruba Networking. Dustin further expanded their expertise by completing the Engineering Cisco Meraki Solutions certification provided by Cisco Meraki in October 2021.

Dustin recently acquired several certifications in 2023. In March, they obtained the Aruba Certified Mobility Associate (ACMA) and Aruba Certified Mobility Professional (ACMP) certifications from HPE Aruba Networking. Dustin also became a RUCKUS Certified Network Implementer (RCNI) certified by CommScope in April 2023.

It is worth noting that there is no information regarding the obtained month or year for the CCENT certification from Cisco.
