Terri Leone

Terri Leone is an experienced professional with a diverse background in pricing, product management, and organizational leadership. Currently serving as the Pricing and Contract Manager at Cloud5 Communications since June 2021, Terri focuses on enhancing connectivity for residents and guests worldwide. Prior experience includes roles as Product Manager at Dixon Ticonderoga, where Terri contributed to the North American development of Canson products, and a key position at the LEGO Group, where Terri drove continuous improvement initiatives and optimized merchandising strategies. Terri's career began at the Center for Human Development as an Outreach Manager, where responsibilities included counseling, employee management, and process improvement. Terri holds a BA in Organizational Leadership and Training from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and a certification in Mastering Process Methodology and Solutions from Villanova University, among other qualifications.
