James then moved to Arbuthnot Latham & Co., Ltd as an Account Manager for Private Banking & Commercial Finance until 2003. From 2003 to 2006, they worked as a Sales Manager for Software & Online Services at Wolters Kluwer UK. In 2007, they joined You at Work as a Business Development Manager for Employee Benefits until 2008. James then joined NorthgateArinso Reward Solutions as the Head of Employee Benefit Consulting from 2008 to 2013.
