In 2011, they became a PR, Marketing and Sales Consultant for Pure Water Technologies of CT. In 2013, they were a Pod Leader for BIG (Believe Inspire Grow) and in 2014, they were the Director of Prospect Leadership for B.I.G. Believe, Inspire, Grow and the Director of Solstice Strategy Partners, "Events to Awaken your Soul". In 2018, they became the VP of Operations / Chief of Staff for Cloud9 Online and currently serves as an Entrepreneurial Business Coach for their own company, Ginajohnson.co. As an Entrepreneurial Business Consultant, they connect people to people, supports, mentors, and empowers small business owners, and runs 4 local Coffee Connection Mastermind Group chapters, providing ongoing accountability and business direction.
