Goran Rakonjac

Goran Rakonjac is a seasoned hospitality and event management professional with extensive experience across various organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Manager in Event Management at Cloudbeds since December 2019, Rakonjac oversees events that enhance guest experiences and streamline operations for independent hoteliers. A freelance Project Manager for Events & Communication since March 2018, Rakonjac has also held interim positions focused on event management and finance at EERA and communications at IAB Europe. Previous roles include Event & Internal Support Services Manager at NewStore, Inc., and Office Manager at both McArthurGlen Group and Soho House. Rakonjac’s educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature and Italian Language from Freie Universität Berlin, as well as a foundation in Hospitality Administration and Management from Hotel Staff High School in Belgrade.
