Ricky Acedo

Ricky Acedo is an accomplished professional in the hospitality industry with extensive experience in sales and operations. Currently serving as the Director of Growth at Cloudbeds since March 2019, Ricky oversees a platform that enhances hospitality operations, reservations, and guest experiences. Previously held positions include Inbound Sales Manager and Regional Sales Manager for North America at Cloudbeds, achieving global recognition for sales performance. Ricky also co-founded and managed Villas Jacquelina, an eco-conscious boutique hotel in Costa Rica, and served as Director of Operations at OTG Management, where operational excellence was a priority across multiple airports. Additionally, Ricky was General Manager at Fox Restaurant Concepts, leading operations across various restaurant brands.
