Kelly Powell

Kelly Powell is a seasoned compliance professional with extensive experience in electronic surveillance and regulatory requirements. Currently serving as a Senior Consultant at Cloudbreak Compliance Group, LLC since February 2024, Kelly also founded and operates Breakwater Consulting LLC from June 2021. Previous roles include Compliance Associate at HighCamp Compliance, LLC from September 2019 to March 2021, where responsibilities included authoring and maintaining compliance policies and refining surveillance models. Earlier experience at ACA Compliance Group from January 2015 to March 2019 involved conducting electronic communication assessments. Kelly Powell holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Tulane University.
