Abu Abraham

Abu Abraham, M.D. currently serves as the Chief Medical Officer at Cloudbreak Pharmaceutical since June 2022. Prior to this role, Abu Abraham held various leadership positions at Santen from March 2012 to June 2022, including Vice President and Global Head of Retina Therapeutic Area Strategy, overseeing early and late-stage clinical development across a diverse retina portfolio. Previous experience includes roles at Amgen via Kaztronix LLC. in global regulatory affairs and clinical development in immunology, hematology, and oncology, and positions at Healthcare Communications Group and Steiner, as well as clinical experience at Amerisight Institute and Olive View-UCLA Medical Center. Abu Abraham earned an MBBS/MD in Medicine and Surgery from JJM Medical College and has a background in clinical research from Loyola Marymount University.
