Muhammad Usman has been working in the customer service industry since 2016. Muhammad began their career as a Quality Control Analyst at Systems Limited, where they were responsible for call/email/chat monitoring, providing feedback to resources, and facilitating calibration sessions. Muhammad also used their customer service expertise to assess existing practices and procedures for process improvement opportunities.
