Michelle Hoover

Michelle H. has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Michelle has held various leadership roles in renowned technology companies.

Michelle recently joined Cloudera in 2022 as the Vice President (VP) of Cloud and Cloud Partners, where they are responsible for overseeing and developing strategic partnerships in the cloud sector.

Prior to their role at Cloudera, Michelle worked at Confluent as the VP of Global Cloud Partners from November 2021 to October 2022.

From 2016 to 2021, Michelle worked at Red Hat as the Senior Director of Global Strategic Partners and Alliances. In this role, they led the company's global alliance strategy and sales go-to-market programs, collaborating with various teams to drive growth and revenue streams.

Before their time at Red Hat, Michelle had an extensive tenure at Oracle. From 2011 to 2016, they served as the Senior Director of Alliances and Channels for Cloud Applications, where they led the transformation of the Alliances organization from an on-premise business model to selling cloud solutions.

Prior to that, Michelle held several other roles at Oracle, including Senior Director of Applications Reseller Program Manager, Director of Business Development for Global CRM Development, and Director of Alliances, Business Development & ISVs.

Their earlier work experience includes roles as the Manager of Business Development for US Field Sales, Channel Manager for the US Team Leader in US Field Sales, and Associate Regional Alliance Manager for the Southwest Region, all at Oracle.

Michelle's wide-ranging experience showcases their expertise in developing strategic partnerships, driving growth, and navigating the evolving landscape of cloud technologies.

Michelle H. has a Bachelor's degree from California State University, Long Beach. Michelle also participated in the Executive Education - Oracle Global Accelerated Executive (AEI) Insight Program in 2016 at both the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business and IESE Business School. These programs focused on executive leadership development.
