Shailesh Manjrekar has held a variety of roles in the technology industry since 2010. In 2010, they were a Senior Product Manager at NetApp, where they were responsible for the Cluster mode always on initiative for Scale-out storage in ITaaS markets. In 2011, they moved to EMC as a Product Line Director for Big Data, Enterprise Apps. and Healthcare. In 2015, they became Head of Big Data Analytics Products and Director of 3rd Platform IoT, Cloud Native, Enterprise Apps at HGST, a Western Digital brand. In 2017, they joined Vexata as Head/VP of Data Analytics, AI/ML/DL and Accelerated File Product Management/Solutions Marketing, where they launched the VelocityAI GPU Computing Solutions with Nvidia, IBM PowerAI, Splunk, and more. In 2018, they were Blumind.AI Advisor for early stage Edge to core AI/ML/DL startups and Head of AI/VP of Product, Solutions, Corp. Dev at SwiftStack Inc., where they pivoted the company to focus on AI/ML/DL market and Autonomous vehicle use cases. In 2020, they became an Official Member of Forbes Technology Council and Head of AI and Strategic Alliances at WekaIO. Currently, they are Chief Marketing Officer at CloudFabrix, a Data-centric AIOps and Observability company.
Shailesh Manjrekar has an extensive education history. Shailesh obtained their B.S. in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Sardar Patel College of Engg. Mumbai University. Shailesh then went on to earn their M.S. in Systems Engineering and MBA in General Management, Finance, and Strategy from San Jose State University between 2001 and 2003. In 2006, they attended University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business for Executive Education in Product Management. Shailesh also attended Pragmatic Marketing in 2010 for Practical Product Management.
