Elissa Hill is an experienced product operations and event organizer with a strong background in supporting product management and workforce initiatives. Currently serving as the ProductTank Organizer in Kathmandu since September 2022, Elissa is dedicated to growing the local Product Management community. At CloudFactory since 2015, Elissa has held multiple roles, including Product Operations Manager, where responsibilities encompass ensuring user feedback is captured, designing experiments for product strategy, and managing feature release strategies. Notable past positions include Delivery Manager - Strategy and Innovation and Worker Success Manager, where Elissa focused on technology implementation and workforce development in response to operational needs. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
