Roxanne Matthew

Roxanne Matthew has a rich work experience in the technology industry. Roxanne currently holds the position of Vice President Program Engineering at CloudFit Software, where they have been working since 2019. Prior to that, they served as the Chief Program Architect at the same company from 2019 to 2020.

Before joining CloudFit Software, Roxanne worked at Microsoft for a significant period. Roxanne started at Microsoft in 2006 and held various roles throughout their tenure. From 2014 to 2019, they worked as a Senior Program Manager, leading the Notes Migrations Build team and managing the Sustained Engineering Service Intelligence and Operations Tools teams. Roxanne was responsible for the development and execution of engineering projects, including testing, setup, and support for migration services.

From 2012 to 2014, they served as the Lead Program Manager for Operational Excellence and Engineering. In this role, they were responsible for the development and management of various tools and services, including customer portals, analytics, monitoring, and web services. Additionally, they developed a customer onboarding service for new clients.

Starting in 2008, Roxanne held the position of Lead Operations Consultant at Microsoft. Roxanne provided technical assistance to customers, leveraging MOF and ITIL frameworks to enhance operational efficiency. Roxanne also acted as a resource in engagements related to SKU, SLM/DCM, and PMM, working with management technologies like MOM/SCOM, SMS/SCCM, and WSUS.

Roxanne's career began at Levi, Ray & Shoup, Inc. as a Senior Consultant, where they worked from 2000 to 2006.

Roxanne Matthew attended Lincoln Land Community College from 1997 to 2001, where they obtained an Associate of Arts and Sciences (A.A.S.) degree in Networking Administration.
