Chris Tiernan

Chris Tiernan is a seasoned recruiting professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition spanning over two decades. Currently serving as a Senior Recruiter at Cloudflare since September 2023, Chris previously held various senior roles at Capital One from May 2011 to May 2023, including Head of Executive Recruiting for the US Card division and Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition, where Chris developed the Capital One Elevate program, facilitating over 100 high-level hires. Chris's impactful leadership in recruiting has been recognized through multiple awards, including the Sourcing Excellence Award and Exceptional Annual Review.
