Clint Howarth

Clint Howarth is a seasoned software engineering manager with extensive experience leading teams and projects across various organizations. Currently serving as a Software Engineering Manager at Cloudflare since November 2024, Clint previously held a Senior Software Engineering Manager position at Crayon, where leadership focused on features such as business intelligence, analytics, and user data storytelling. At New York Genome Center, contributions as a Senior Principal Software Engineer included stabilizing operations and improving data deliverables consistency. While at the Broad Institute, Clint led the development of a high-volume web publishing platform for microbial genomes, successfully publishing thousands of genomes across numerous projects. Early in the career at Openwave as a Senior Software Engineer, Clint played a pivotal role in training nontechnical staff for testing processes. Clint holds a Master's degree in Computer Science and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, both from Worcester Polytechnic Institute.
