Kathleen Iannone has a diverse work experience spanning several years. Kathleen started their career as a Physician Network Manager at Florida Blue in 2002 and held this position until 2010. Kathleen then worked as an Executive Assistant to the President at Pharm Care Inc in 2011. From 2013 to 2014, they worked as a Healthcare Recruiter at Maxim Healthcare Services. Kathleen then joined Allies In Service in 2014 as a Program Coordinator and stayed with the organization until 2019. In 2019, they transitioned to Cleaver-Brooks Sales and Service where they initially worked as an Operations Administrator until 2020, and then took on the role of Salesforce & Business Development until 2023. Currently, Kathleen is working as a Client Manager at Cloudforia, a Gold Tier Salesforce Consulting Partner.
Kathleen Iannone holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Workforce Development and Training from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale. In 2018, they completed a Project Management course at D and L Training, LLC. Kathleen also received training in Electronic/Electrical Training through Military Training. Kathleen also acquired certifications in Veterans at Work from the SHRM Foundation, Efficient Email Management with Outlook 2016 from LinkedIn, and Six Sigma - Strategic Management from Florida Blue. In 2020, they completed the Salesforce Administrator 201 Training Course at Trailhead by Salesforce.
