Philip Viera

Philip Viera has a diverse work experience spanning across various roles in finance. Philip is currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer at CloudHesive since September 2021. Prior to that, they worked as the Interim Chief Financial Officer at Ventec Life Systems from April 2021 to September 2021.

Before their current roles, Philip was the Vice President of Finance at Domio from September 2019 to March 2020. Philip also served as the CFO-Specialized Risk Group at TransUnion from January 2015 to June 2019, where they handled accounting, financial reporting, treasury management, and various other responsibilities within the finance group.

Earlier in their career, Philip held the position of Head of ISO Group Finance CFO at Bio-Rad Laboratories from September 2010 to October 2012. Philip managed accounts throughout different regions and established Financial Planning and Analysis functions. Philip also worked as a Finance Director at Arrow Electronics from May 2008 to August 2009, leading treasury and crisis management initiatives.

Philip's expertise extends to the healthcare industry as well. Philip served as the Vice President of Finance & Operations at Stryker Latin America from May 2004 to December 2007. In this role, they handled regional finance, accounting, and operations with full P&L responsibility.

Additionally, Philip has experience in the media industry, having worked as the Vice President and CFO of SurFin at Directv Latin America. Philip managed financial credit operations and played a critical role in the company's emergence from insolvency.

Throughout their career, Philip has demonstrated strong financial management skills, strategic leadership, and the ability to drive growth and improvement initiatives.

Philip Viera received their high school diploma from Cardinal Gibbons HS in 1986. Philip then went on to pursue a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Finance at the University of Notre Dame, which they completed in 1990. In 1991, they attended Northwestern University and earned a Certificate in Accounting, which they completed in 1993. Philip later pursued a Master's degree in International Business MBA at the University of Miami, which they completed in 2003. Additionally, in 2007, Philip Viera attended the Leadership Academy at Harvard Business School and received a Certificate in that field of study.
