Raymond Eulo

Raymond Eulo has a diverse work experience in various technical roles. Raymond started their career in the US Army as a Military Intelligence Systems Maintainer and Integrator, serving from 2007 to 2013. After their military service, they worked as a Field Technician at Communication Technology Services, LLC from August 2013 to April 2014.

In August 2014, Raymond joined Orange County Supervisor of Elections as a Field/Lead Technician, where they imaged tablets used for voting, ensured proper functioning of ballot machines, and supervised a team during elections. Raymond then worked briefly as an IT/Escort Technician at Lake Nona VA Hospital from December 2014 to October 2016, where they supported IT professionals and maintained equipment.

From February 2016 to March 2020, Raymond worked at Sprint as a Technical Support Technician II. Raymond handled network triage and collaborated with teams to resolve issues across multiple vendors. Subsequently, they joined Amazon Web Services (AWS) in March 2020 as a Solutions Architect. Raymond provided training, conducted customer discovery, and contributed to sales strategies until November 2022.

Raymond then joined Triumph Technology Solutions LLC in November 2022 as a DevOps Engineer. Their responsibilities included conducting deep-dive meetings with customers, performing AWS Well-Architected Reviews, and focusing on cost optimization, performance efficiency, and operational excellence.

Currently, Raymond works at CloudHesive as a Cloud Engineer, starting in July 2023.

Raymond Eulo's education history includes a variety of academic achievements and certifications. Raymond obtained a High School Diploma in General Education from Osceola High School in 2006. In 2014, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Information Systems with a concentration in Business Management at DeVry University. Raymond then transferred to Valencia College in 2015 and completed an Associate of Arts (AA) degree in Computer Science in 2017.

Furthermore, Raymond Eulo has obtained several certifications to enhance their professional skills. In 2020, they obtained the Linux Operating System Fundamentals certification from Linux Academy and the AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner certification from Amazon Web Services (AWS). In 2021, they accomplished the AWS Certified SysOps Administrator - Associate and AWS Certified Developer - Associate certifications. Additionally, they acquired the AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate certification in 2020 and the AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Professional certification in 2022. In 2023, Raymond Eulo achieved the Snowpro Core Certification from Snowflake. Raymond also holds the CompTIA Linux+ ce Certification which they obtained in 2020.
