Katie Wei is an accomplished pricing leader currently serving as the Director of Pricing Strategy at Cloudinary, where strategic pricing initiatives are driven through product and price restructuring. Prior to this, Katie held the position of Senior Global Pricing Strategy Manager at Cloudbeds, focusing on developing pricing functions and improving revenue growth through customer-centered strategies. Katie’s experience at Hypertherm as Global Pricing Manager involved leading cross-functional teams to enhance the significance of pricing in complex organizations. Earlier roles at Beekley Medical included Strategic Pricing & Contract Manager, where Katie restructured pricing strategies, and Onboarding Manager, responsible for developing a comprehensive sales training program.
