Nour Bitar

Nour Bitar has extensive work experience in the healthcare industry, holding several leadership roles. Nour is currently the Vice President of Operations at CloudMD, a position they started in September 2023. Prior to this, they were the Senior Director of Product Operations and Enablement at TELUS Health from December 2021 to August 2023. Nour also worked at LifeWorks as the Director of Business Enablement in 2021 and as the Director of Transformation & Operational Excellence from 2018 to 2021. Before joining LifeWorks, they held various positions at Morneau Shepell, including Director of Wellness Operations from February 2017 to August 2018, Director of Operations from April 2015 to February 2017, and Manager of Operations from September 2010 to April 2015. Nour began their career at Shepell.fgi, where they served as a Health Management Supervisor and Operations Supervisor from 2008 to 2010.

Nour Bitar obtained an Honors Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in International Relations and Affairs from York University between 2001 and 2005. In addition, they have a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification from Simplilearn, with the year of obtaining the certification being unspecified.
