Jake Schooler

Jake Schooler has extensive experience in the healthcare industry, with a focus on revenue cycle advisory and client experience. Jake is currently working as the Senior Director Client Experience at Cloudmed, a position they have held since January 2024. Prior to this, they served as the Client Success Director at the same company from August 2021 to December 2023. Before joining Cloudmed, Jake worked at Cognizant as the Manager of Healthcare Advisory from May 2021 to August 2021. Jake also gained valuable experience at RSM US LLP, where they served as a Supervisor and Senior Associate in the Healthcare Revenue Cycle Advisory department from April 2019 to May 2021. Earlier in their career, Jake worked at Triage Consulting Group as a Senior Associate and Associate from June 2016 to March 2019, and at BayCare Health System as a Financial Analyst and Finance Technician from May 2014 to May 2016.

Jake Schooler completed their education at the University of Tampa, where they obtained a Masters of Science in Finance between 2012 and 2013. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Finance, General from Florida State University, graduating between 2008 and 2012. In addition to their formal education, Jake Schooler has obtained certifications such as the Certified Revenue Cycle Representative Program (CRCR) from the Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA) in 2019 and the Certified Specialist Business Intelligence (CSBI) in May 2020, also from HFMA.
