Nick Jurascheck

Nick Jurascheck has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and companies. Nick is currently serving as the Director of Engineering Operations at CloudNC since April 2023. Previously, they worked as the Owner and Director at Silver Lining Consultants Ltd, providing senior management services and consultancy in areas such as cloud-based systems, e-commerce, and project/programme management. Nick also served as the Vice President of Engineering at Synthace, leading the engineering team and delivering the Life Sciences R&D Cloud. Prior to that, Nick was the Head of Engineering Delivery and Head of Operations and Delivery, Software & Analytics at McLaren Applied Technologies. Nick has also worked as the Director at RadioDNS, Director of Connected Software Engineering and Director of Software Engineering at Imagination Technologies, and Programme Manager and Software Manager at Videologic Ltd. Nick started their career as a Research Associate/Fellow at the University of Birmingham, where they conducted research in software engineering and cognitive science.

Nick Jurascheck holds a PhD in Software Engineering from the University of Birmingham, which they obtained between the years 1987 and 1991. Prior to that, they completed an MSc in Computer Science at the same university from 1985 to 1986. Nick Jurascheck initiated their education at the University of Birmingham, where they earned a BSc in Economics from 1979 to 1982. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained the PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) from the Project Management Institute in February 2015.
