Jeffery Coffey has extensive experience in the field of customer support and telecommunications management. Jeffery began their career at True Blue Inc. in 2000, where they served as the Desktop Support Manager and Telecommunications Manager. In this role, they were responsible for managing the operations of the company's voice, wire, and computer data services for an MPLS network. Jeffery also handled the review of cost benefits and negotiation of contracts with vendors. From 2016 onwards, Coffey joined cloudPWR as the Support Desk Manager, where they focused on managing customer expectations, bridging the gap between customers and cloudPWR, and identifying potential business opportunities.
