Vedran Jazbec

Vedran Jazbec has extensive work experience in various roles related to product support, IT support, customer support, and business analysis. Vedran is currently serving as the Head of Product Support and IT Support at CloudSense since September 2023. Vedran previously held the position of Product Support Team Lead at CloudSense d.o.o. since August 2022. Prior to their tenure at CloudSense, Vedran worked at Multicom for seven years, where they served as the Customer Support and Business Analyst manager from May 2015 to October 2022. Before that, they worked at VIPnet d.o.o. for eight years as a Customer Data Management Expert from September 2007 to May 2015.

Vedran Jazbec obtained a diploma in engineering (dipl.ing.) in the field of telecommunications from FER, Zagreb, where they studied from 1998 to 2007.
