Sofia Rafiq has a wealth of experience in customer service and project management. Sofia began their career in 2010 as a Customer Service Advisor for Careline Services Ltd on the London Olympics Campaign. In 2013, they moved to The Utility Warehouse Discount Club / Telecom Plus PLC, where they worked as a Customer Service & Sales Advisor. In 2017, they joined CV-Library Ltd as a Client Response Project Coordinator, and was awarded Employee of the Month in December of that year. In 2018, they became a Project Manager for PromoVeritas - Shaping and Implementing Promotions, Globally. In 2020, they joined Ksubaka as a Project Manager, leading an Operations and Project team to deliver a high number of client projects globally with the retail tech industry. Currently, they are a Customer Success Manager at Cloudshelf.
Sofia Rafiq attended Dormers Wells High School from 2001 to 2007 and obtained 10 GCSEs in English. Sofia then attended Richmond College from 2007 to 2008 and obtained A Levels in Sociology. In 2021, they obtained Certified Project Manager Training from Lead Academy and in 2022 they obtained Customer Success Management Fundamentals from LinkedIn.
