Conor McCann has been working in the technical support field since 2003. Conor started their career at Dell as a Technical Support Specialist and then moved to Hewlett-Packard in 2006, where they worked as a Technical Engineer. In 2010, they joined BMC Software as a Technical Support Engineer, where they specialized in ITSM, Remedy onDemand and Smart IT. In 2015, they moved to iQuate (now CloudSphere), where they worked as a Senior Technical Support Engineer and was responsible for solution design, implementation and maintenance of iQSonar product suite. In 2020, they joined CloudSphere as a Senior Technical Support Engineer.
