Amruta Vaishampayan is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition, currently serving as a Consultant at CLOUDSUFI since May 2020. With prior experience at Bristlecone as an Associate Executive and at Hexagon Executive Search as a Senior Consultant, Amruta specializes in managing the end-to-end recruitment process across IT and Non-IT sectors. Responsibilities include understanding client requirements, sourcing and screening candidates, arranging interviews, negotiating salaries, and overseeing pre-joining documentation. Amruta holds a Master’s Degree in Human Resource from MIT School of Business and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Commerce from Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya.
