Prathiba Naidu

Prathiba Naidu has extensive experience in the field of human resources. Prathiba is currently working as the Director of Human Resources at Cloudtaru since September 2022. Prior to this, they served as a Senior Manager of Human Resources at GSPANN Technologies, Inc from October 2021 to September 2022.

Before joining GSPANN Technologies, Inc, they were an Assistant Vice President at QuaQua from February 2018 to October 2020. Prathiba also worked at Tech Mahindra as a Senior Manager from July 2014 to February 2018.

Prior to their role at Tech Mahindra, they held the position of Manager at Polaris Financial Services from January 2012 to July 2014. Prathiba started their career at Tech Mahindra (formerly Mahindra Satyam) in June 2003 as a Manager HR Business Partner and worked there until January 2012.

Prathiba Naidu obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A) in Public Administration from Osmania University in 1987. Prathiba then pursued a Masters of Arts (M.A) degree in Public Administration from the University of Madras from 1989 to 1991. Later, they completed an MBA in Human Resource Management from Symbiosis Centre for Distance Learning from 2004 to 2006. Additionally, Prathiba Naidu obtained a certification in HR Katalyst 2.0 from Keka HR, with the year of completion being 2023.
