Samuel O London has a long and varied work experience. Samuel O began their career in 2001 as a Supply NCO with the US Army. In 2015, they joined the U.S. Department of Homeland Security as a TSO. In 2019, they began working for Quality Chemical Laboratories as an Information Technology Associate, where they identified, diagnosed, and resolved Level One and Level Two issues for end users over the phone, in-person and/or electronically in a call center environment. Samuel O also provided technical support in the use of personal computer hardware, software, and specialized multi-platform configurations with complex computer environments. Later that year, they joined Liberty Healthcare as a Help Desk Support Specialist, where they identified, diagnosed, and resolved Level One issues for end users over the phone and/or electronically in a call center environment. Samuel O also provided one on one end-user training as needed and passed all Level Two requests on to a Support Specialist. In 2022, they began working for CloudWyze, Inc. as an Information Technology Support Engineer.

Samuel O London attended Cape Fear Community College from 2016 to 2019, where they obtained an Associate of Applied Science in Information Technology. Samuel O has also obtained several certifications from Microsoft and CompTIA, including a Microsoft Office Associate 2019 certification in August 2020, a CompTIA A+ ce Certification in July 2020, a CompTIA Linux Network Professional – CLNP Stackable Certification in November 2021, a CompTIA Linux+ ce Certification in November 2021, a CompTIA Systems Support Specialist – CSSS Stackable Certification in November 2021, a CompTIA Network+ ce Certification in April 2021, a CompTIA Secure Infrastructure Specialist – CSIS Stackable Certification in July 2021, a CompTIA Security+ ce Certification in July 2021, and a CompTIA IT Operations Specialist – CIOS Stackable Certification in April 2021.
