Phil Pergola has a diverse work experience spanning over 26 years. Phil is currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer of CloudZero, a company that connects technical decisions with business outcomes to help software-driven companies improve margins and make strategic business decisions. Prior to this, Phil held the position of Vice President of Customer Success at VMware, where they guided customers through all stages of their journey with VMware solutions. Phil also served as the Vice President of Customer Success at CloudHealth Technologies, where they helped organizations simplify cloud financial management and strengthen security and compliance. Before that, Phil was the Vice President of Global Services and Customer Success at EnerNOC, a company focused on energy management. Phil has also worked at BMC Software and BladeLogic, where they held various leadership roles in professional services, customer support, and product management. Phil started their career at Accenture as a Senior Consultant. Phil has extensive experience in customer success, technology consulting, and software solutions.
