Andy Dignan has extensive experience in the technology and customer experience sectors, currently serving as Chief Operating Officer, Chief Customer Officer, and Executive Vice President of Service Delivery & AI Solution Sales at Five9 since September 2018. Previously, Dignan held various leadership positions at Cisco, including Sr. Director roles overseeing global sales for collaboration and contact center solutions, contributing significantly to revenue growth. Additional roles include Senior Vice President of Global Partner Sales & Services and Senior Vice President of Professional Services at Meet Me In The Cloud, Inc. Dignan is also involved with Cloverhound, Inc. as a Board Member. Educational background includes a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Trinity International University.
