Mimi Dolan

Mimi Dolan has extensive experience in various roles throughout their career. Mimi is currently serving as the Director of Customer Support at Cloverleaf Networks. In this role, they manage the QA and Customer Service Teams for the Ryver team collaboration application. Mimi is responsible for modifying and managing the QA automated test scripts using Selenium WebDriver/IntelliJ IDEA.

Prior to their current position, Mimi worked as the Senior Director of R&D at Sage Software from 2000 to 2013. Here, they managed the Development, QA, and User Assistance Teams for the SalesLogix CRM product line. Mimi began their career as a Programmer Analyst at SEI Investments from 1983 to 1984. In addition to analyzing, designing, and programming banking and accounting applications, they served as the Project Manager for the Relationship Banking Project and designed the Tax Letter product.
