Vishaldeep Singh is a Continuous Improvement Manager and Process Improvement Specialist at Clow Canada, responsible for enhancing production efficiency and reducing setup time through collaboration on various projects aimed at operational excellence. In addition to this role, Vishaldeep has experience as an intern focusing on optimizing shop floor efficiency. Prior to joining Clow Canada, Vishaldeep served as a Project Supervisor and Assistant Professor at Lovely Professional University, where responsibilities included modernizing operations, supervising student research, and facilitating collaborations. Earlier experience at Thapar Institute of Engineering & Technology as a Teaching Assistant involved teaching finite element analysis and simulation for CNC machining. Vishaldeep holds an MBA in Project Management from the University of New Brunswick and a Master of Engineering in CAD/CAM from Thapar Institute of Engineering & Technology.
