Hiok Song Er

Hiok Song Er is an experienced professional in data services and analytics, currently serving as the Director of Data Services at CLP since July 2023. Prior to this role, Hiok was the Head of Analytics at HSBC from June 2013 to July 2023, where Hiok transformed the analytics capability in Hong Kong, leading impactful initiatives including insights-led solution design and data-centric decision-making processes, while managing over US$ 15 million in strategic investments. Previous positions include Director of Decision Management at Citi, Retail Credit Portfolio Management at Royal Bank of Scotland, and roles in data analytics at ABN AMRO and Citibank. Hiok holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the National University of Singapore, earned between 1991 and 1994.
