Sandeep Sharma

Sandeep Sharma serves as the Head of Group Strategy at CLP since September 2018, overseeing the strategic direction for the Group and its Business Units, along with long-term scenario planning and opportunity assessments. Prior experience includes roles at CLP as Director of Business Development for CLPe Energy Infrastructure, and Associate Director of Planning & Development in China, where responsibilities encompassed project development, partnership management, and M&A evaluations. Additionally, Sandeep held various positions at China Renewable Energy Investment Limited, including Operations Director, focusing on renewable energy project development and corporate growth. Early career involvement at CLP Holdings Ltd included roles related to new energy project development in China and public affairs. Sandeep holds a Master's degree from Imperial College London and executive training certifications from Tsinghua University and Richard Ivey School of Business.
