Dirk Bullmann

Dirk Bullmann currently serves as Managing Director in the Office of the CEO and Global Head of Public Policy at CLS Group since December 2022. Prior to this role, Dirk Bullmann spent over 22 years at the European Central Bank, where responsibilities included Adviser to the Chief Services Officer, Innovation Team Leader, and several positions focused on market infrastructure and payments, including Principal Expert in T2S client relationship management and Head of the Collateral Section. Dirk Bullmann also held roles in TARGET settlement management and served as Secretary of the Payment & Settlement Systems Committee.
