Mark Frankel

Mark Frankel has extensive work experience in the field of technology risk management and operational resilience. Mark currently works at CLS Group as the IT Security Risk Management Lead, a position they have held since July 2020. Prior to their current role, Mark worked at Deutsche Bank, where they held various positions including Regional Head for Technology Risk & Operational Resilience, Americas from March 2019 to July 2020, Regional Head for IT Risk, Americas from January 2016 to March 2019, and Vice President, Corporate Security & Business Continuity from June 2014 to December 2015. Before joining Deutsche Bank, Mark worked at the NYC Office of Emergency Management as Manager, Emerging Technologies from September 2012 to June 2014 and Information Security Officer from July 2004 to June 2014.

Mark Frankel completed their education with a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the University at Albany, SUNY. Mark attended this institution from 1999 to 2004. Later, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Computer Forensics from John Jay College (CUNY), from 2005 to 2008.
