Yalcin Isa

Yalcin Isa has extensive work experience in the Human Resources field, both in leadership roles and operational positions. Yalcin started their career as a Manufacturing Manager at Senior Flexonics in 1998 and then worked at USC Europe as an Aerosols Production & Print Manager and later as a Plant Manager. In 2003, they joined Linde Material Handling as a Service Director. From 2005 to 2015, Yalcin worked at Ardagh Group, first as an Operational Excellence Manager and later as a Group eHRM and HR Operational Excellence Manager. Yalcin then moved to Aspen Insurance Group, where they served as a Global HR Systems Lead and later as a Global HR Operations Manager. In 2018, they joined AmTrust International as the Head of HR Operations. Currently, Yalcin works at CLS Group as the Head of HR Governance & Shared Services, and starting in 2023, they will take on the role of Head of HR Governance and Business Management.

Yalcin Isa completed their education at the University of Hertfordshire. Yalcin obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree with a focus on the dissertation topic "Organisational commitment and the psychological contract" in the years 2004 to 2005. Prior to that, from 1997 to 1998, they earned a Master's Degree in MSc Manufacturing Management. Yalcin'sundergraduate studies were completed from 1994 to 1997, during which they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in BSc (Hons) Engineering Management.
