Ana Maria Molina Afanador has extensive experience in the banking and finance industry. Ana Maria began their career in 2008 as an Account Manager at Itaú Colombia, where they managed a book of business worth US$150 MM across 80 accounts, achieving 100% with loans and deposits budget, and obtaining past-due portfolio indicators of 0. In 2013, they joined Laad Americas S.A. as a Key Account Manager, where they prospected new business leads through in-person presentations and cold calling, expanding relationships and attracting new clients in the agroindustry sector, and establishing long-term business growth. In 2016, they moved to Banco General as a Credit Officer, where they planned the strategy to define the target market and expand business operations and increase the customer base, and developed business geared toward growth in new customer relationships, strengthening and expanding existing customer relationships, increasing profitability, and elevating the bank’s reputation in the marketplace. As a result, prominent Colombian economic groups were linked to the bank's portfolio. Currently, they are an Account Analyst at Club Capital.
Ana Maria Molina Afanador has a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the Universidad Externado de Colombia, as well as a Master of Business Administration - MBA from the same university.
