Micah Cannon has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Micah began their career in 2008 as a Global Education Intern at the South Carolina World Trade Center, where they presented and implemented globalMARKETS course in high schools and managed website maintenance. In 2009, they worked as a Student Consultant at the College of Charleston Global Trade Helpdesk, providing consulting services and conducting research on foreign economies.
In 2011, Micah became the Director of Development at Possibilities Without Borders, Inc., where they developed and maintained relationships with donors and partners, raising funds for the establishment of computer labs in Cameroon. Micah then pursued a graduate degree at The Moore School of Business from 2010 to 2011.
Micah joined Clinovations in 2012 as a Senior Analyst, and later became a Consultant from 2013 to 2014. At The Advisory Board Company, Clinovations, they worked as a Senior Consultant from 2015 to 2016, and then transitioned to the role of Manager from 2016 to 2017.
Since 2017, Micah has been with Club Capital, starting as a Partner and eventually taking on the role of Chief Executive Officer in August 2022.
Throughout their career, Micah has demonstrated their expertise in various areas, including business development, consulting, relationship management, fundraising, and project implementation.
Micah Cannon pursued their education with a strong focus on international business. From 2006 to 2010, they attended the College of Charleston - School of Business and Economics, specializing in global logistics and transportation. Later, in 2010 to 2011, Micah pursued a Master's degree in International Business at the Darla Moore School of Business.
