Nikiya Marilla

Nikiya Marilla has over 14 years of work experience in various roles related to data operations, transition management, implementation lead, and benefit consulting. Nikiya is currently working as a Data Operations Leader at Club Vita since February 2020. Prior to this, they served as a PRT Transition Manager at Legal & General Retirement America from October 2018 to January 2020. Nikiya also worked at Mercer as a Sr. Implementation Lead from August 2014 to October 2018. Before joining Mercer, they worked at Xerox HR Solutions as a Functional Sr. Analyst from December 2010 to July 2014, where they executed complex research initiatives and resolved technical issues. Earlier in their career, Nikiya held roles as a Defined Benefit Consultant at Randstad from June 2010 to December 2010, a Senior Benefit Analyst at Milliman from April 2008 to November 2008, and a Benefit Consultant at The Rosen Group from September 2007 to March 2008. Nikiya also worked as a Configuration/Testing Analyst at The Rosen Group from 2006 to 2007. Additionally, Nikiya gained experience as a Benefit Consultant at ACS from June 2006 to December 2006 and at EDS from January 2006 to May 2006.

Nikiya Marilla has a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Economics from Rutgers University - Newark. Additionally, they obtained the Smartsheet Product Certified User certification from Smartsheet in July 2019.
