Gerald Glynn

Gerald Glynn has a wealth of experience in the software development field. Gerald began their career in 2002 as a C++ Tutor at NUI Galway. In 2003, they joined Boston Scientific as an Engineer, where they worked on the FDA approval of TAXUS Express Coronary Stent System. In 2014, they moved to ASTech as a Web Developer, where they implemented new features, migrated current systems to Symfony 2 MVC, and provided client troubleshooting and support ticketing. Gerald then joined EPOND as Chief Technology Officer. In 2015, they became a Senior Web Developer at BrightWork. In 2018, they joined SmartBear Software as a Frontend Developer. Currently, they are a Senior Frontend Developer at TitanHQ, a fast-growing and multi award-winning software security company.

Gerald Glynn received their Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) in Biomedical/Medical Engineering from the University of Galway in 2004. In 2012, they returned to the University of Galway to complete a Higher Diploma in Computer Software Engineering, Design & Development, which they obtained in 2014. In 2004, they also obtained a CELTA - Certificate in English Language Teaching to Adults (TEFL) from RELSA.
